Farmed by third generation grower Ray Teldechi, these 18 year old vines are some of Sonoma’s oldest, rarest and finest Cabernet Franc vines. Only the best vintages will be used for these bottlings of Cabernet Franc.
Tasting NotesThis fourth bottling is inviting in appearance with its dark ruby red color, the 2006 “Jones Vineyard” Cabernet Franc brings scents of plum-violets, raspberry and cherry with hints of light smoke and spice to the nose. Upon tasting, flavors of cassis, spice and vanilla on the palate give way to a thick and lasting finish of currant, sweetwood and a hint of coconut. |
