You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive wine. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address if possible. When your shipment arrives, it must be signed for by a person who is 21 or older. All carriers are required to ask and check for identification upon delivery.
Orders are normally shipped out the next business day.
We use UPS ground service, (but would be happy to use FedEx if requested.) If you’d like expedited shipping options that are faster for an additional charge, just let us know. All shipping costs are listed separately in your total at checkout.
Weather conditions can affect your shipment during transit, and during local delivery in your area. During excessive heat and severe cold, we strongly recommend sending your shipment by a 2-day service or faster and to a business address.
Sometimes packages do get damaged in transit. If this happens, please let us know within 10 days. If a product arrives damaged, please call us at 707-433-4032 or email us at email@example.com. We will need you to email us a photo of your damaged shipment. If you receive a wine that does not look or taste right, please contact us immediately.
