WINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

No minimum purchase is required.

STATES AUTHORIZED FOR DIRECT SHIPMENT

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states. If we are unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by us.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our carrier of choice is FedEx. All FedEx shipping options are provided by FedEx at current market rates.

EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS

Heat, humidity, or very cold weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We are not responsible for wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND ISSUES

We will attempt to notify users in the event of a scheduled interruption (for maintenance or upgrades) and use our best efforts to restore service as soon as possible. In the event of an unintended interruption, we will use our best efforts to restore service as soon as possible, with the understanding unintended interruptions may be out of our control. TERM AND SURVIVAL
